Is there a free plan?
There is no permanent free plan, but every new install starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your Popup+ dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days your Shopify account will be billed automatically. You'll receive a notification before the trial ends.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Cancel your current plan and start the other — you won't be double-charged for the same period.
